The fee schedule for TN classification (fees are payable by personal check or money order ) is as follows:

 Legal Fees (for our Office) 
  $1,800 - For Border Applications
  $1,800 - For Cases filed within the U.S.A
2. Filing Fees (to the USCIS) I-129: $460
3.  Federal Express Expenses- approximately $70

Premium processing: additional $1,225

If petition is by way of premium processing, then there is an additional fee of $1,225 (premium processing fee). This can be paid by personal or corporate checks.This $1,225 should be payable to "Department of Homeland Security"
 5. Fees payable at the port of entry, CBP, $50 - personal check or money order

 

 

Nonimmigrant Visas: 
TN Visa
